5 is the number of Teams Instra entered into the Tremains Corporate Triathlon this year, one of those teams was the Mega Team.

The Mega team had a great result and came out 5th overall in the Mixed Kayak category, well done MEGA TEAM!

Casey Ercolano, who competed in the Kayak for Instra in the  Epik Samplez Team kept up ahead of the game and stayed ahead, along with JC and Richard. While all of the kayakers were smashing there way to the end I also kept my head up, I may not have been up the front but I was still in the race lol as the Kayaker for the Instra Team- Epic Review Required I did my best for my team and over all was quite happy with my own result.
Eduardo who ran for the Mega team was second over all in his category, Well Done Eduardo!! The Instra teams were full with physically fit team members and it was really awesome to see the crew coming together and      supporting everyone. The other team runners included: Hanka, Jo, Rob A and Louise, Great job guys! Our super cyclists were: Nadine, Nacho, Rachel, Olga and Lea, Shot Team! The final team member I think did an outstanding job, Lucas who was in the Instra Tripods team competed in the swim this year, Well Done Lucas you did an Amazing job!

Instra have been apart of the Tremains Corporate Triathlon for 4 years now and each year our Team numbers grow, it’s a great way to build a team stronger and that’s exactly what Instra is about, creating a strong Team.Thank you to all of the supporters that helped in any way including the family and friends that came along to cheer on our Team members, your encouragement was awesome. There was bubbly at the finish line for the Team and Gold medals all round as Al and Frank held the Prize Giving ceremony for Instra.

We thank Al for his contribution and help with Alcohol and Drinks at which he had to transport on his own from one end of the park to the other Bravo Al Bravo. We also extend a big thank you to my Husband Tyrone and Montel who helped Tyrone with catering/ food preparation etc, thank you for the mean feed guys!
