Hey there beautiful people!

Well what a Journey we have been on in the last Month. Our Website has been out of action for a few weeks but we thank you for waiting patiently for our return.

We do owe a big Thank you to Craig Dickinson for helping us gain access to our Site again! THANKS CRAIG!
June was a great Month with a chilly kick start to the Winter season. Instra Staff competed in the Instra’s Amazing Race some pictures for you below:

Well done to all other competitors!

 

Also we had loads of Talent at the Instra’s Got Talent Competition there was soo much talent and not enough room to contain it.

Acts included:

– Frank & and The Great Louise (Magicians in the making)

– We also had two talented girls prepare a great dance for us on the spot (Nadine’s Girls)

– Frank sang Solo he also did a great Job Co hosting the Events for Everyone with Host: Linda

– Me, Jo and also my little sister Amelia did a quick song with Cups! I know cool aye

The Winners were in the following order:

– Nadine’s Girls (1st)

– Me, Jo and Amelia (2nd)

– Louise The Great in 3rd Place with her assistant Frank (3rd)

It was super fun!

Last month we also started Instra’s Very first Ironman Challenge.

Competitors have 20 x 30 minute sessions in which they have to complete the following:

– 3800 meter row

– 180km Cycle

– 42.2 Walk or run

We expect great results from our fellow team members!

And as the saying goes Go hard … or GO HOME

I look forward to sharing the results next month!
