Boston, United States of America was hit today with a total of 2 bombs which exploded over and around Participants and Supporters of the Boston Marathon.There have been 3 confirmed deaths and over 100 people confirmed injured and several of those injured are in critical condition.

This not only affects Boston and the United States of America this is a Global tragedy as Nations of people including 45 known New Zealanders were participating or supporting friends and family participating in the Boston Marathon.

The following statements were given from witnesses of the Explosions:

“I started running toward the blast. And there were people all over the floor,” he said.

“We started grabbing tourniquets and started tying legs. A lot of people amputated … at least 25 to 30 people have at least one leg missing, or an ankle missing, or two legs missing.”

These are only two statements from witnesses, there are many many other reports and many people suffering right now.

President Obama issues a stern warning:

“We will get to the bottom of this. And we will find out who did this; we’ll find out why they did this. Any responsible individuals, any responsible groups will feel the full weight of justice.”

This can only be described as an evil act, this truly has hurt soo many people around the world but especially those closer to home in Boston. Many people will be asking Why? How? What? we all wait for answers.

Our thoughts and prayers go to all of those people who have been affected by this attack.
